Note: This package is not inclusive of other services such as pet taxi and HTB. Kindly contact us for special arrangements. Boarding is currently available for dogs only.

 

Shvanas Daycare & Boarding Precondition Terms

By enrolling your pet in Shvanas daycare or boarding services, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all pets in our care.

1. Pet Eligibility

• All pets must be at least 4 months old and fully weaned.

• Pets must be in good health, free from any contagious diseases, parasites, or infections.

• Proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required, including:

• Dogs: Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), Bordetella.

• Cats: Rabies, FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia).

• Pets must be free of fleas and ticks; a flea prevention treatment is highly recommended.

2. Behavior & Temperament

• Pets must be non-aggressive and social with both humans and other animals.

• Any history of aggressive behavior or extreme anxiety must be disclosed to our team prior to enrollment.

• Shvanas reserves the right to refuse or remove any pet showing signs of aggression or extreme stress.

3. Health & Medical Requirements

• Any special dietary, medical, or behavioral needs must be communicated at the time of booking.

• Pets on medication must have clear instructions and properly labeled medication provided by the owner.

• In case of medical emergencies, Shvanas will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If unreachable, we will seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• All daycare and boarding services require advance booking and confirmation.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

5. Drop-off & Pick-up Policies

• Pets must be dropped off and picked up within designated hours. Late pick-ups may incur additional charges.

• If a pet is not picked up within 24 hours of the agreed time without prior communication, it will be considered abandoned, and necessary action will be taken.

6. Personal Belongings

• Owners are welcome to bring their pet’s favorite items (toys, bedding, etc.), but Shvanas is not liable for any lost or damaged belongings.

• All items must be labeled with the pet’s name to avoid mix-ups.

7. Liability & Responsibility

• While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, Shvanas is not liable for any illness, injury, or escape that occurs due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Owners acknowledge that pets are accepted into daycare or boarding at their own risk.

8. Emergency Contact Information

• Owners must provide an up-to-date emergency contact number and authorize a responsible party to pick up the pet if necessary.
